Bilnor Projects is a 100% black-owned South African company. We are able to offer you a large range of services in South Africa and neighboring countries.

Whether you need one worker, or a whole workforce for a day, a week, or several months, we will be able to assist you. Giving you the agility to grow your workforce as needed on a temporary or permanent basis. We are transparent in our terms and conditions and will ensure we provide you with staffing solutions that will meet all of your requirements.
Bilnor was established in 1982 under the name Bilnor Roofing in Phalaborwa, Limpopo. Over the years, Bilnor has grown from strength to strength. With the change in South African legislation around black empowerment, Bilnor conformed to legislation, and in compliance functioned under the ownership of Mr.Gerald Khoza.
Under the new ownership Bilnor continues to unlock other fields of construction such as earth works and mining.
Bilnor Projects and Bilnor Staffing Solutions are complementary entities. Both organisations employ extensive skills and expertise, which ultimately ensures high quality of service in the engineering sector, with the adaptable ability to apply focus to our client’s specific requirements.
Our team is highly agile and is well versed in putting you, our customer, first. With transparent feedback, updates and after sale service we are able to build a relationship that prospers on the values of honesty and hard work.

The Bilnor group consists of 2 businesses, our staffing solutions, and our engineering and construction solutions. We have an administrative presence in Limpopo, Gauteng, and Mpumalanga. Our offices are situated in these provinces. This, however, doesn’t limit our scope of work to these provinces. We are able to offer our services to the entirety of South Africa and all neighboring countries.
Mpumalanga
This is our head office, from here we plan out all logistics of our operation. Management is also based here most of the time.
Gauteng
This branch focuses primarily on Staffing Solutions.
Limpopo
Our engineering hub is here, we run our construction and engineering process from here. We are equipped to serve the entire Southern Africa from here.
